Not sure what it will take but it's clear they need to be removed without delay. Save the company a $mil p/a and see if things can be resurrected (whatever that might be). If the RI turn out as I think it will, David Porter will hold 25-30% of the company assets. Time for him to start calling shots and remove them. I'm sure there'll be some who would be prepared to stand in to play the "care and maintenance? roles for 10th (or even less) of the current GC & Rule salaries.
