There will be no shareholder meeting on 26th Feb 2016 to approve the acquisition otherwise it has been announced one month ago. So please forget the meeting.

Any meeting will be conducted one month after the announcement of the deal. We should focus on the contents of the deal instead of the announcement. Let us guess the contents of the deal:

1. Purchase consideration?
2. agreed share price?
3. Number of shares to be issued as an exchange for purchase consideration
4. Projected profit after tax in 2017/2018
