i am the newbie after many years of not being in LOM.... jumping in on what i hope were the weaker parts of yest and todays trading.

anyways..... u all know the news-flow / time-line...

but thought i would add this evenings explanation in chronological order... cos i am as thick as a brick... see better in time-lines.

looks legit explanation... whateverer.... and for what it is worth.... they have given ASX plenty of "provable" events that can be checked up on.... if ever required

i reckon the stone was a genuine "dammit... we found another" moment...

the number of "specials" leading up to the 404 has definitely been ramping up... at least looking from my newbie eyes.

3:06pm PERTH TIME - 3rd Feb 2016 - draft ASX announcement about allocation of Shortfall Oppies prepared

4:51pm PERTH TIME - 3rd Feb 2016 - LOM CEO gives nod to get cash in and distribute Oppies paperwork

11:45pm PERTH TIME - 3rd Feb 2016 - LOM CEO hops on plane to Cape town Conference

12:56pm PERTH TIME - 4th Feb 2016 - emails and verification received at LOM - security beefed up at Lulo - contacted the Angola authorities straight after that

SOMETIME THAT ARVO - PERTH TIME - LOM crew resolved to ask ASX for a "Pre-open Trading" halt because of 404ct stone

7:42 PM EST - 4th Feb 2016 - ASX ANNOUNCEMENT - LOM FINALLY GOT SOME BELIEVERS TO TO TAKE THE 8,240,000... 30 cent SHORTFALL OPPIES.... to supportive long-term investors.... (paperwork and funds collection started previous day)

9:34 EST - 5th Feb 2016 - TRADING HALT - Reason given.... because they had a "diamond Update"

8th Feb 2016 - Presso - clearly stating this does not include the new "diamond update"

8th Feb 2016 - LOM tell "Mr Secrett" at the ASX that there is a delay to announce "diamond update". Voluntary suspension is granted (what an appropriate name.... Mr Secrett)

9th Feb 2016 - Suspension announced Pre-market - "pending a joint announcement from Lucapa and its partners in the Lulo Diamond Project, including Angolan national diamond company Endiama, regarding the diamond update...."

Saturday 13th Feb 2016 - Joint "404" announcement agreed upon (LOM plus partners)

9:49 am - 15th Feb 2016 - 404ct stone announced - and trading commences a little later than normal at 10:20 am

i love it when it gets all suspicious and weird... because LOM are finding so many chunky diamonds.... and now that has messed up all the trust.

p.s. our little sister stone (the Angola Star)... is safely tucked away in a boutique... New York City Jeweler... at least last that i can see.
