The bollocks part I think:
"NLC has taken the first step to diversify into steel making by establishing a pilot research and development (R&D) integrated plant"

So they are saying HAS TAKEN (past tense) the first step........by establishing a pilot research and development plant. Ok, moving on.
Now the reason it's bollock is becasue they then say this:
"has tied up with Australia’s Environment Clean Technology to conduct a joint feasibility study on the project"

Ok. So have they in fact already established a pilot plant?
Or are they doing a Joint Feasibility Study on the idea?
Which one is it I wonder? Can this article make up it's mind? Well, yes.

Because then it says:
"The proposed integrated Coldry-Matmor process pilot plant would adopt"

Ok, so it's a proposed Pilot R&D plant and a feasibility study is under way.
So will R&D be the only thing done at the Pilot Plant? Is it not a Pilot for a commercial plant? Is this title the a part of the design of their application for the Research and Development Incentive program under the ATO?
Maybe they couldn't call it plain old "pilot plant" or they'd fail to get R&D funding. So they simply had to add the prefix "R & D" to have any chance at the Incentive.

Worth pointing out I think.
I was just pointing it out to you because I'm sure you wouldn't like to believe in poorly reported details. Not the companys fault I'm sure, but they made it clear that it will be a
Pilot R & D Plant for the coldry-matmor process which either I missed at first.
