I think if this was not a serious negotiation point it would not have made the filing and Amgen's lawyers would have been all over it. Do you think Amgen would be at the table with any prospective partner issuing complete bs statements to the market which is what you are suggesting? Amgen are sitting safe here with their reputation in tact and I'm sure they want to keep it that way.
