Yes the company has said that but they have said similar things over the past 5 years and have ended up stating a excuse in there quarterlies that things have been delayed due to the weather or ground conditions.
Maybe all will be on time,maybe not.
I suggest people check out the 24 hour precipitation report for Mua Senge Angola and the long term daily precipitation forecast over the next 4 weeks or so.
IM not leaning one way or the other,just putting it out there for consideration.
