The main point is that ARI is now ok, but as for the Deal!!!, For the best Shareholder outcome ARI is/has been negotiating a stop trade asap, Friday didn't happen, and after today's marathon outcome I wait with baited breath for Monday, but it will happen this week.

Allegedly the bottleneck issues are basically due to the technicalities of the debt spread/ownership being consolidated, and encompassing overall an agreed out of change of control clauses, with a hefty portion of the syndicated debt being targeted, hence for a best result a secured scenario is not on the table where it doesn't have to be, but it is apparent that that is a pipe dream. There is no Government assistance forth coming in terms of accrued ARI debt woes, and this is totally understandable. No try No get they say, and there has been plenty of try this last week.
