    I think quite the opposite - they were forced into this market update due to the large selling and subsequent barrage of investor inquiries.

    If they paid more attention to retail shareholders and kept the market updated, we wouldn't be at this point.

    They did update on the loans - looks like issues with repayment on both loans.
