Feels like it doesn't it! This is a stronger and quicker move up than the last one ahead of SNE-2 results. Then it rose 2 weeks out from the announcement (started 21 Dec ... results on 4 January). Other than SNE-3 results there are a number of other potential drivers ... RISC update of resources post SNE-2, interest from majors or flow test results from SNE-3. Even just the last RISC upgrade should be reason enough for a SP upgrade!!
