Somethings not right here, you have a company with blue sky potential that is debt free, $3.4 million cash in bank (31st Dec 2015), $750K USD positive cash flow. The average price of bitcoin ($620 AUD at the moment) so far this quarter is higher than last quarters which bodes well for exceeding last quarters positive cash flow numbers. The company hasn't issued over a billion shares like a lot of other start ups and resource companies.

I hope they don't need to do a CR and can just fund it from their cash flows and cash in bank.
