In the half yearly report, in Note 8, ACW says they have bought $5.16m worth of listed shares. But they give no more details. What shares did they buy? Is it stated in ACW's business plan to speculate on the stock market?
They bought the shares in the last 6 months. Back in their June report, they sid they had $9m in cash. In the last quarterly they said they only have $2.7m cash and $5.16m in investments!
Raising money for biotech research and investing a huge chunk of that money in the stock market sounds mighty disturbing to me - - especially when no announcement is made at time, and no details are given in the half-yearly.
What do shareholders think about this?
