There is something about this credit raising that doesn't add up to the usual CR. Normally the price drops way down on volume on openning. This did not happen. This is not a shareholder CR either. All pointers heading north, (volume, price & gold) as I commented before I believe this is a stop point to reward who?
Last reported shareholding statistics say 83% of BDR is held by less than 10% of shareholders - of that the Top 20 held 60%. That leaves 20% (of the 83%) of BDR held by approx. 520 shareholders.
There is no way any move can be stopped by anyone excepting the top 20 %. You line my pocket and I'll line yours later in the 2nd tranche.
Hopefully this will change - why not reward the minority - how much can it cost - they are so few with so little. No damage can be done yet they can be rewarded at such a little expense.
