Just going through the numbers provided about the participants:
I think from the numbers above, we can confirm that:
- Best product ever tried - 3 in 10 - 30%
- Would definitely buy - 1 in 4 - 25%
- 4/5 star user experience - 51 in 100 - 51%
- 3 star user experience - 1 in 3 - 33.33%
While here are other things to consider (not facts but just educated guess):
- BG can definitely capture a minimum of 25% market share
- 84.33% of participants rates the user experience 50% or higher
- 15.67% rated the user experience 1-2 stars
I think the stats would look much more appealing once BG fixes the skin irritation side of things, while "further enhance efficacy of Kneeguard."
- 49% of people may have rated 1-3 starts because of skin irritations
- Due to "higher skin irritation levels", it may be the reasons why some of the 70% people may not definitely buy BG (100%-30% - best product ever tried), but since that problem is now eliminated "with the adoption of a new Hydrogen gel technology", we may be able to capture more participant to buy BG
- If before the skin irritation issue was fixed, BG can capture 25% people, then if we get rid of the skin irritations, BG may be able to capture a further 25% of the 75% that won't definitely not buy BG. So together with the original 25% and 25% of 75%, equals 42.5% that could definitely buy BG.
- And if skin irritation is another factor that caused a bad user experience, we may be able to convert roughly half of them them to a 4-5 star after it's fixed, which will roughly give a 75% to a 4/5 stars user experience. OR maybe roughly 90% to a 3+ stars experience.
