I have seen what "johnny", has to offer, and I'm fairly sure he shouldn't be sharing it around to everyone that asks for it. On the AJM threads yesterday, SOS posted 2 links to newspaper articles. If that wasn't enough hint then people probably shouldn't be investing their money. They should just put it in an industry fund instead.

As I have already stated, that is the first foot in the door for the Chinese, and they do play the long hard game. They are here for the lithium and will want it all. I wouldn't be surprised if Lionergy had also been talking to PLS and are one of the MOUs, if they are not they soon will be IMO.
Actually no, they will be prepared to sign something for more than an MOU, probably the letter of intent and will also talk finance.
Money will not be a problem, and can understand SOS's reasons for both us and next door being greatly derisked from a shareholders perspective.

It is now up to management to make the most of the opportunity. That is the managements of both companies.
SOS, do NOT send out the info to any others, is my full recommendation, just hope people read the newspaper articles pointed to yesterday.
