Decided to use the "brick" to my advantage today...as such, didn't touch the shares all day...lol...but took virtually all the options (less 27.5K)
In spite of the obvious benefits of the volume on offer in the heads, taking him out would have only knocked the options up a few notches....instead, I should be able to get the volumes I need via here, but with the added safety of less capital outlay.
Today...and possibly tomorrow...represents the retrace...lol, if you could call it that?
Time to be buying!
All communication form the company points to the options conversion as a foregone conclusion...the market may stall the shares at 20c while they consider the dilution factor...but with so few on issue and the conversion cash only adding to the eventually post IPO cash backing...I suspect they will not stall for very long.
Post IPO...cashed up to the tune of $11m or so, with a well controlled share register and relatively few on issue...it looks all the world like JPR will be a perfect vehicle for someones wet-dream backdoor listing?
As such, instead of a drop from say 35c down to 10c or so post record date, we may well see the shares only dropping back to current levels (maybe higher) effectively rendering the in-specie shares free?
They may even announce something along these lines pre record date...which conceivably could push the shares to the 40c mark.
Far too many positives...hardly any negatives...all of which adds up to a stark raving mad no-brainer!
