"Dont't give up!"... ( bthotcop.... Please do me a favour and post the PeterGabriel/Kate Bush version of "Dont' Give Up").
GUYS!!, we are in seriously dire straits (bthotcop...
... while you're at it, maybe you want to post the Utube clip of Dire Straits' - "Brothers in Arms"
... not the album, just the song.. thanks) but we're not down and out.
Point I'm trying to make.. let's not give up totally... we are still breathing.. bthotcop.. at this juncture you may want to copy in the Utube clip of Pink Floyd's "Breathe".
What has to happen is to get GC and Rule out of the office...without a question, this has/must happen... this'll saves a minimum $1 mil dollar per annum and at same time lets try and engage with David Porter to see if he might be prepared to step in for a period to oversee a restructure (new board or whatever, that are capable to take over the current jobs as GC and Rule at say for a 10th or 5th of the price .... they don't do much now and I'm confident that there are able bodies who would be prepared to step in to help save the cause.. and a saving 500k -900k per annum in the process. (just by removing these 2 guys)
No use bitching& complaining and doing nothing about it.. the first big issue is that we cannot allow GC and Rule to continue to sit in their seats , doing effectively nothing for the next 12 months and rip another 1 Mil dollars for their luxury lifestyles. It has to be stopped.. pronto.. I'd think we need to see what the outcome of this further failed "brainwave' of GC and Rule is on the CR and then depending on who are the new major shareholders... I suspect David Porter will end up as a very significant share holder.. will be holding more than twice the stake of Hanlong.. if Hanlong didn't take up.... If that is the outcome of this failed brainwave of GC.. we need to "join together" and do whatever is necessary to oust these guys.. even if it is just from the "decision making processes".. Sure they might have historic connection that might be useful but for the past 5 years that proved to be of zero value... yet they got paid millions.
So .... you have a choice... just give up ... or stand up for your rights and interests... this is undoubtedly one of the worst cases of management (negligence and gross negligence will sure show it's face) I've seen in my life..
I'm not allowed to give advise, but I'll say this... "Don't give up"... (bthotcop ..
.. if you could do the honours..thanks in advance.
