    Sorry, I guess it does also suggest that the 31st is "fluid" meaning IMO they have no idea when they will come to an agreement!

    However, the deal with Contact should be done within 14 days!

    At least there was some mention of the resources in Puntland. I was beginning to think that Range was becoming a company in politics and had lost what their core business was all about! IMO
