to me its a done deal and its all about sorting out the details.

the past quarter and more recently has been a very busy time for range and a number of developments would have positive implications for the KNOC deal:
- increased support from the Puntland govt and TFG
- establishment of graticular based tenement system
- acquisition of further data which is to be examined
- agreement to purchase Consorts interest
- negotiations with other parties for farm-ins on oil/gas

Range is working on a number of deals and its just a matter of time before we know the details.
