    You must have missed the part of the announcement that said that the review was still on going. This is a key part of why it was placed into suspension today. The fact that they hadn't called SGH in over future earnings yet doesn't mean they are "happy".

    In fact just the opposite, they wanted to look over the books to decide their position.
