A plausible but overly dramatic interpretation imo.
Clearly there is not agreement yet on impairment. Sure, its possible there is disagreement between auditors, advisers and BOD on impairments. Does this mean the audits have 'grave concerns' about cashflow? I think that's reading too much into this.
