Thats exactly what I am saying DB ( beyond certain technical stuff that was always going to be kept close to their chests)

There is a big difference between withheld and being thoroughly evaluated , looked at independantly and released later which is what most professional operaters do and has been done to date. The majority of information and the timing of it's release has nothing to do with the THP .

If you took the THP as some posters like to imagine it, then nothing would have been released at all....

Just because information isn't released to fit in with HC traders timetables doesn't mean it's being withheld....
