All that was announced was back in early 2015 as part of the vend into Monteray Mining.
Deferred consideration based on performance. As another poster said, adds about 160m new shares if/when milestones reached (which is very likely), which takes the total issued capital to just over 1bn (868m now plus 158m = 1.026bn). I always use this increased figure when calculating the market cap.
