Hi JujuM, I have bought and sold a few houses and cars in my time and a lesson I learnt early with selling anything is don't be half hearted and yell the most important piece from the roof tops... the price! FAR will not be up for grabs until the tight hole policy is lifted for the simple reason that the JV has signed off on it. If you follow the THP through can you imagine CNE or COP giving FAR permission to have someone enter the data room?? Not a snow flakes chance in hell if it doesn't suit COP and CNE then I'm afraid FAR will have to tow the line and we mere mushrooms will be left in the dark. IMO DB
