Fundamentals do not seem strong in my humble opinion. Debt ridden and facing regulatory headwinds. This could go lower tomorrow. I'd be interested if there's even more of a fire sale - good luck to all holders. I was tossing up between LHC and ISD earlier and went the latter in @3.33 as a safer spec.
