Spoke to ASX re listing date, page-6

No, yesterday was change of code, the company is waiting on a listing date from ASX.

I spoke to a manager this afternoon, after many protests of course, and apparently they are now reviewing the compliance documents from section 12, when completed they will give a listing date, sounds like a final once over,

Now I asked, so they have changed their name and given a new code, but cannot be given a listing date till this review is complete, answer was yes, no meeting is required, I asked how can they be given this without listing approval, told by the manager this is how they operate, pardon the pun,

I explained this has been a long and frustrating wait, she said she will check with the ASX advisor, which is in Perth and call me, I have her direct number,

The company has not been asked for anything so it is purely an ASX issue.

If I don't get a call by lunch time tomorrow I will call her,
Very frustrating for the company and us alike, ASX to my research is a joke, but on explaining the situation the manager was understanding,
I will keep you all informed.
