I have followed them since I found out about their foray into the online bill payment business. I am a strong believer in that business model. And I've always felt that OCO had the software and the management expertise to make it happen.

In my opinion the deals being announced right now are proof that they are going to be successful. Its now up to the financials to back that up.

What issues are you aware of? Or are you just talking about their shareprice 4+ years ago?
