do we know if Orbimed has indicated what mgt changes it wants? has changes occurred?

also, do we know if those representatives (I think of Discovery Fund???) who were to attend the UNS board meetings, still have the ability to attend the board meetings? (I would be surprised if they were still allowed near the tea-trolley)

also, I am intrigued as to the reasoning why the Amgen deal comprised a Convertible Note/s, instead of the equity issue as we were first told?

IMHO, there is quite a difference between the two.
