    I'm aware of 2 deals that fell through in the last couple years, but were there others in the last 10 years? If not, then why do refer to them never closing a deal in 10 years? Also, did all the previous attempts fail to pass the DD stage? If yes, doesn't that give you confidence that this deal is different to the others as it has passed that stage?
