    re: the trading halt OK,

Seen this before with another company.

Need to do my research on outgoing CS and NED to see if they have a significant share holding.

    We know
    A) They need money
    B) They have a significant resource with previously reported (previous company) upside

If a company receives significant backing from another company, the investing company may want someone on the board (eg) NED 'non executive Director' - Just a stregthening Due dilegence measure on behalf of the investing entity.

If the outgoing CS is the CS for a number of other entity's and DNL is ready to move into a phase of serious activity, there may be the need for additional time requirements from the CS role within DNL.

Very unusual to announce these resignations first.

Here is my punt for how things may role over the next week

    1) Announce staff changes = Done
    2) Advise on funding arrangements = Would provide method in the staff changes and rearanges
    3) Receive and report Snowdens finding with Strategic Plan = Potential give us a guide to what the future value of the company will realy be short and long term

I have faith in this board - They have been very dilegent in every move they have made to date. I hope as always that the shareholders will benefit as a result.

    Fingers crossed
