Nope. A large buyer participated in the RI larger than originally anticipated because they thought that was the right price to buy and frankly would have offered more in the sub underwrite IF there had been any indication that the funding was difficult or was likely to be taken from the after market. This was not the case. They buying afterwards was simply opportunistic - it will prove right or wrong over time. I can't speak for the seller - hopefully they were just trying to be supportive as they have for a long period of time but ended up having to recycle shares - there has been a lot of general wealth destruction since Jan 1 in bigger markets and it is possible they are not in as comfortable position as they were leading up to Christmas. It happens to us all in some way shape or form.
