Ive of a similar view and have recently (Last couple days) been and continue to accumulate. We are running at the moment within a tick of the recent cap raise price. Usually this represents a significant area of support in 95% of cases. Usually after a cap raise the share price revisits the Cap raise price (Within a tick a or two either way) only to bounce off it. Personally have been watching the D/Ramp Fest by some here as it also is a gauge ... Its usually time to sell when "holders" work themselves into frenzy (Ie a price spike) ... and time to buy when the "Non holders" are similarly reaching fever pitch (usually during a Price fall) which we have seen in last couple days. Show fear when others are greedy and greed when others fearful... (Derived from a Buffet'ism)

On the news front yes the company is legally bound to report the moment a deal is confirmed or rejected... We have not heard anything so you would be correct in assuming that the recent HC negatively has no substance perhaps other than the hidden agenda of some of those involved. If fact I believe they recent reserved an new ASX Company name and or ticker. I did notice one guy who sold recently saying he's sold ( Non holder) due lost confidence only to have then "Being a Holder" later that day when the price had dropped. ... Rather amusing and transparent motives and a general lack of integrity IMHO.

Given the strong income streams already in place on this Company (GridComm) and the pipeline of new opportunities highlighted, and the potential blues sky opportunities of this company around the world it is one of the best RTO deals going around as most RTO have no income and no real idea when they will be cash flow +ive... I believe the reason GridComm want to list is to gain funds to hyper accelerate its growth of it market leading business ... not to start a business. Therefore earnings could be exponential going forward ... and if there is an expectation of earnings rising then so does the share price pre-empt those increased earnings...

All is IMHO DYOR to Confirm

So is this a good buying opportunity?... Absolutely IMHO ... Have a stop in place as always... but Risk versus reward pendulum has strongly swung to reward...in my book.
