AMA - Buy ?, page-9

What annoys me about it is I tried to contact the company to make sure they didn't do exactly what they did with the announcement today (i.e. provided no pro-forma information to get a better understanding of the underlying business going forward).

The contact details on the website are still incorrect and no reply to my requests sent through the company secretary service.

Will be contacting AMA next week about it (based on contact details with these announcements) - I think it is pretty poor communication for a company with c.$400m market cap. No doubt they will be going to small cap conferences about the results in the next few months and I would suspect analysts would be asking the questions I flagged last month to them.

For a business going through M&A on a regular basis I think paying out a dividend is stupid - better to hold onto the money where it can be reinvested at higher returns rates.
