    Hi Hot again

I knew Ya had put out something on interference testing. I've copied here from previous posts (mainly Aug CNE presentation transcript stuff, ie Pre-SNE2):

DickyH from Cairn in their May CMD & Aug HY chat, talked abt Interference testing & Connectivity during the upcoming program.

"Simply put what that means is, if u have a Reservoir that extends for 11-12 kms north-south & is targetted by 3 wells at equal spacing (ie 5.5kms north from SNE2 to deeper sand at Bell#1 not the top 'younger' Sand and 6.6 kms south from SNE-2 to SNE-3) then one leaves behind acoustic gauges to collate the pressure data & suss out if there's any drop out or not. This also helps in planning of Future water injector wells over the fringe of the field"

    and separately posted

"Similarly for the test results. We have very different sorts of reservoirs there. So we anticipate
different kinds of results coming out of those different reservoirs, their connectivity as well as their productivity is important. It will take more than these three wells to answer all of those questions as pointed out I think in the slides. In the third well we intend to, insert some gauges there so that we can site a well later in the program is one of the possible contingent wells in order to conduct how the wells connect across as interference testing. That is, there is a large range of possible scenarios there, the core data and the logs and the test data from the first couple of wells will give us a very good idea about how to conduct the next sets of wells to actually give hard numbers at the moment on what we expect from those would probably not be helpful. I think that we have said that the first well has 24% porosity in the main oil sands there. If it remains at that level that is excellent reservoir quality, the productivity will come from the testing."
