Simple, you see the pump before a cr? Don't get me wrong there are coys that have no choice but to raise at what ever the price is just to survive but they preferably raise at higher prices. Ask yourself why twiggy didn't participate at 10 or 7c. And the only solution is in terms of stats per share and the market caps adjust accordingly, part and parcel of the game hey. Whatever the raising there's going to be dilution
