If they do not release tomorrow then the stock will remain suspended until such time as they do release. In that circumstance there will be no resumption of share trading.

They cannot partially release and then have trading resumed, as beyond tomorrow the 60 day time frame for releasing the interim results will be up and the suspension will no longer regarded as voluntary. It will be both mandatory and automatic.

To resume share trading they must fully release their results in sufficient enough detail to satisfy the ASX Listing Rules' requirements. Even now by going with the voluntary suspension which then rolls into tomorrow they cannot partially release and thereafter expect share trading to resume. On this, the ASX will be the final arbiter. Not the Company.
