Pell is along with any person who hid and moved criminals (peadophiles) in my veiw a 'facilitaor' " aiding and abetting of the crimes the peadophiles did when moved to other communities rather than given to police to be tossed in prison.
If he and others are not charged with the law which as been in place since 1958 I will be shocked.
