@Cato - I have to disagree with you, as the banks would never bankrupt SGH, as expected recovery rate would be very low, as the moment the employees are gone, there is no value, why the banks will see SGH through. When SGH has stabilized the UK business and produced figures supporting an EBITDAW around $150m there might be a capital raising - if necessary.
