I would be speculating, but judging by the stockpile grades on the ROM they are having trouble getting high grade ore?. Poor grades, they appear to be running a low grade mine at the moment. Might be dilution issues etc, or it could be that the grade just isn't there? something seems amiss.... they need much better grades than this going forward if they want to make money.
