That's a strange conclusion, how did you come to that. Do you think negative gearing is an entitlement?

I said "Anyone who negative gears is socialising their losses"
You do realise, that you need to make a loss to negative gear don't you? If you don't make a loss the government doesn't subsidise you.
It is a government subsidy that has distorted the housing market. It should go.
