If that's the case, then I hope they have learnt from history and the next lease, DJ, (and as far as I know, neither COP nor CNE is part of as yet) is to be at FAR's terms ie P!$$ of that stupid THP clause, or we'll JV with someone else.
If COP or CNE were fair towards FAR, then I think that THP meant to be for a commercial advantage could have been gotten rid of as soon as the new lease was signed. Unless there are more leases they are still looking at. Of course, there are always things in the back ground that the public is not aware of.
Well back to reality, are we going to get an announcement 2day?
