Hi Steve50,
I have a question:
Why does MSC have customers for its WA kaolin while they are clearly struggling to sell the product produced by Skardon River? What is the difference between the two products?
I would also like to say that many people (including managment) seem to be focusing on the operational side and opportunities for MSC whilst neglectling to understand their financial position. Quite simply, it doesn't matter how good project or profitable a project is, if the company has a deficiency in working capital it is game over - they will be unable to fund the project. Companies never go broke for lack of profit, it is always due to lack of cash - MSC's number one problem..
As always this is my personal opinon and should not be relied upon as the provision of financial advice.
