New 52 Week Low?

Are we set up for a new 52 week low?

-Unimpressive sales <$1m
-Disappointing receivables $90k
-Cash burn that will see us raising capital or going to the bank in 6 months if revenue does not explode.
-Downgrading of 2016 expectations "potential of US$18.5M (baseline) of earnings.”
-Continuing with un-professional errors in announcements.
-Confirmation that NYSE listing is still in hand = dilution

Before anyone jumps down my throat, I'm not looking to down ramp. If the price does crash below $0.44 I'll top up, but being a long term holder the dilution associated with NYSE Listing doesn't sit well with me.
