This is how I read this announcement.
Alexium is going to offer a new channel for US investors to buy AJX share via OTCQX.
I don't think Alexium will need to issue any new shares for this. Hence, no dilution.
More investors mean more volume which makes the 'game' more interesting.
It will make those players harder to squeeze the shares from the holders.
I think the 'player' are running out of time and that's why they push the price lower so aggressively today.
