I must admit Marknoske, I am not sure either why the extraction of 22million from the JV account can be interpreted so positively. If we wanted to invest this as capital do we need to put the money back in ?
Perhaps its a strong statement that they don't care about the capital requirements as they are confident that sufficient money will be gained from sales to not require these funds.
I may be quite ignorant, it would however be pleasing to get a good answer to this question for us novices.
