Thanks for the compliment on the nic Don't mind yours either
I've actually watched that show and found it very interesting. I didn't think it
was applicable to me but it can be hard to see yourself. My friends are a very optimistic
and lively bunch so I kind of hope that's why they are my friends. Maybe they feel sorry
for me . Lately some of us have started up a new band(we are still in rehearsal) and people
are commenting that it looks like a lot of fun. The songs are very very bawdy upbeat tunes and
they seem to be drawing a laugh. But if you don't like Kevin Bloody Wilson, Rodney Rude etc you wouldn't like us.
There are women involved in all of this and I'm pleased to report they continually lower the tone
I'm finding the Blackmores Sleep Sound to be very effective. I have had some great deep sleeps on it. Some
of my friends are finding it very helpful as well. I have actually been very indulgent since being on it -
eating the wrong things at the wrong time, having a few drinks in the evening, not exercising etc. Basically
having a holiday from what had become a fairly Spartan regime. Other things I've noticed, generally I feel calm,
I've lost my appetite for day trading and I'm writing more music and I'm quite happy to socialise whereas
I've usually struggled with that. I know the socialising thing sounds strange given the description of my friends but
the music scene houses a lot of eccentric types. We live in the music a bit, I would suppose.
Having taken these tablets I feel they quieten my nervous system enough to let me function. Previously
I felt it was my brain that kept me awake but I now feel my brain is prey to my nervous system.
I think creative brains can be a bit haphazard in their ways and hard to switch off.
Here brain, have some Valerian, I'm going to dead you! LOL
