Judging by the trades today and the sell side it seems likely a top 20 shareholder has had enough and is getting out.
Why I wonder?
Is it the managerial style of this company's board
Is it the dearth of pertinent information of where this company is going?
Is it about the composition of this company's board of directors?
Is it about the independence of this company's board of directors
Is it about the depth of experience and knowledge of this company's board of directors in the O&G industry.
Is it about how this company engages with its shareholders?
Is it about how promises can be twisted and bent until they are not?
Is it about decisions this company's board has made that have not turned its shareprice into an upward trend?
Is it about the dismal level of this company's shareprice given the positive aspects of its revenue making?
Is it about the debt the company owes to its "white knight" ERM?
What is it about this company that potential cornerstone investors can see that is positive?
Anything anyone?
