And despite your attempt to rewrite history, you did not suggest that any nominee company would be the holding company, you specifically named HSBC where you said,

Remember it was your question about who HSBC is acting nominee to - so please enlighten the ignorant masses - who is HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited acting nominee to? Because I've already made it clear that Aurora Funds is sitting behind UBS.
