Hi Mark, Long time no hear-welcome back.
Its seems a bit ambiguous,- it reads like Ms Chong owned 24.8% of APAC & on the
16th December 2015 she disposed 23.9% of APAC.
Two months after the disposal of her APAC -shares-APAC- whom as of 29/02/16
(latest top 40) still owns 14.92% of ABU's shares.
APAC-previous month-Jan 2016 held 14.99% of ABU shares.
So unless there is something I am not grasping & that's possible
it all appears all that happened is Ms Chong sold her shares in APAC.
APAC retained all there shares in ABU as the latest release of the
top 40 holders indicates.
P.S -If you go back as far as Dec -2015 -APAC held 14.99% of ABU share's
board spill, page-93
