So, here's a question.

Do you think BHP and RIO would allow Atlas to open another mine and increase market share, or would they squeeze them out ?

Atlas is on a declining production profile from here on without another mine, and the more they sell at a loss now the less they have to make money if sales price gets higher than their all-in costs.

As for the US - how much iron ore does the US import, and how much steel does it import ? I thought they were both under embargo and have been for a couple of decades.
