The new website is really modern (have a LinkedIn feel about it), eye catching and really engages the potential customers with great contents and UI J
I have a curious mind and I really like Reffind’s concept. The product is nimble, smart and disruptive (as I repeatedly say). But I wasn’t keen (patient) enough to explore the web site three months ago. I was confused finding it complicated and too busy to navigate. If a company’s (especially a tech company) website is uninviting and not conveying the right messages, even the most ingenious products in the world could be left collecting dust. Ease of use is paramount when creating successful apps and websites. You really have to look at how an everyday person would view your website and what impact the page will have on them.
Today, the new site is refreshing, clean, and attractive as well as storytelling. The UI design’s great, some of the jargons were removed and fool proof for the potential customers to find what they are looking for quickly and easily. The successful customer stories are insightful following a clear consistent theme: Challenges -> Solutions -> Results. There are just the right amount of interesting, meaningful and jaw dropping data and Know How videos to support Reffind’s abundant benefits. The products stand up and scream for people to purchase them. I’m glad the word “Lottery” is replaced with “Prize Draw” winners down the bottom of the page. As I wasn’t familiar with Reffind’s “perks” previously, I was confused and a little annoyed when I see Lottery winner announcements when I search Reffind on Google. It’s the very fine details like these that sometimes gives the wrong or mixed impressions to your potential buyers. Love the new feature “Live Chat”. I couldn’t resist but pressing the icon to test drive. It is clever and convenient. As customers and busy professionals, we all want answers to our questions in real time with precision. Live Chat feature also cuts down on expenses and increases sale.
All in all, the new web site has a perfect balance of amazing looks, ease of use, simple navigation and most importantly great content. It makes boring data looks amazing and the site a pleasure to visit. I spent a good happy hour exploring. And I’m still left feeling excited and wanting to learn more J I will certainly spread the word to the HR communities. I definitely feel more confident referring people to the website.

If I must criticize on something, there is one area they really need to change – the Support Page, it’s not tightly integrated? on an older UI? Or is it directed to the old web page? It just looks really pale comparing to the rest of the website. The Support articles need an update especially the FAQ section, it only talks about the Referral App, but Reffind has grown to 5 products now. Don’t show it, if it is not updated. And the section on WooBoard is just confusing, don’t expect your customer to know about your acquisitions…The contrast between a modern home page and a dated support page is too sharp for it to be ignored. Bear in mind, after sale support is one of the key measures when BPO’s select a system provider. Also the logo is missing (error link) on the Support Page. Maybe I’m a little too picky, the logo is an eye sore to me, it’s cold, boring and lack of personality. Maybe when Reffind is hugely successful one day, it will have a mini rebranding project? For now, I will just cover that corner of the page and let the team do what they do BEST - Creating Amazing Employee Experiences! =)
